2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Viato’s website, signing up as a Pioneer or Trailblazer, or engaging with our content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website or sign up for any memberships.

3. Membership & Payments

1. Nature of Memberships

• Viato Pioneer and Trailblazer memberships are voluntary contributions toward the development of the Viato platform.

• These payments are considered donations to support Viato’s growth and do not constitute a purchase of goods or services.

2. No Guarantee of Access to Future Services

• Your membership does not guarantee access to Viato Pass, Viato Port, Viato Roam, or any other future services.

• Any references to future features are aspirational and subject to change.

3. No Refunds

• All membership payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether Viato launches its services.

• Viato reserves the right to remove or terminate any account at any time without a refund, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

4. User Accounts & Conduct

1. Account Registration

To access certain features, including the Pioneers members area or the Trailblazer program, you may be required to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.

• Be responsible for all activity on your account.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Viato for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including:

• Impersonating another person or entity.

• Using Viato for fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activities.

• Posting offensive, harmful, or defamatory content.

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the website.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

2. Use of Viato Branding

Members of the Trailblazer program may be granted permission to use Viato branding for promotional purposes, but this is at Viato’s discretion and may be revoked at any time.

• Viato is not a travel provider and does not offer flights, accommodations, or bookings at this time.

• Any travel-related references are part of the future vision and not a promise of service.

3. Limitation of Liability
